We offer certificate course in Machine design as well as individual module for Pro/e 3D modeling software for engineering students. Our course contents are based on industry need evaluated by our own use and experience.

Pro/Engineer: Basic + Advanced

Duration: 60 + 60 Hours
The course is intended to make the engineer good at 3D modeling techniques and make him employable in industry with adequate practice and design knowledge.

Course content:

	Sketcher module
	Part modeling
	Assembly modelingc
	Detailing / Drawing making
	Introduction to sheet metal, Animation and Mechanism

Certificate course in Machine Design with Pro/e

Duration: 150 Hrs
The course is intended to convert a fresh engineer into a machine designer by imparting 3D modeling as well as machine design knowledge.

Course content:

All modules mentioned in (A) above

Basics of Machine Design

	Machine Design Philosophy
	Aspects and steps of machine design in industry
	Selection of bought out parts like Motor, Gearbox etc.
	Material selection for shaft, gear etc.
	Fasteners and their selection
	Bearings – selection, lubrication, sealing
	Tolerance and Fit selectionct

Good Designing Practices

Analysis and study of proven machine design assembly drawing

Design documentation – Drawings, Bill of Material, Specification sheets, Instruction manual, Material data sheet

Drawing Quality – Content of good drawing, building good drawing and drawing standardisation
