We designed the machine for a customer - the mixing machine manufacturer for agriculture based products. Our scope was to design, do detailing with calculation for the entire machine. We also submitted detail calculation for CE Marking of the vessel. The only input we got from the customer was similar machine catalogue of some European machine manufacturer.

The customer was a piston ring manufacturer needing a continuous tub vibrator for ring deburring and finishing. Our scope was to design complete system with ring loading and unloading system along with vibratory tub.

The customer was one of the prime machine manufacturers for wax injection line machines. We were asked to document the complete machine with its stages of manufacturing for faster production. The customer inputs were in various forms including drawings, sketches, phone data etc. to build the complete machine with bill of materials.

The application for dressing the diamond wheel with Silicone Carbide wheel was developed for a cutting tool manufacturer. The input was only a German catalogue of similar machine seen by customer. We arrived at all mechanisms with supporting calculations and submitted manufacturing drawings to the customer.

Apart from above mentioned products, we have worked upon assignments on Construction machines, Reciprocating pump calculation for homogenizer, Multi spindle drilling fixture, Refrigeration unit design, Pressure vessels and Shell & Tube type heat exchangers etc.
