We were assigned the task of designing complete extrusion sheet plant with innovative changes in polishing stack and the extruder screw design. The design was made with close co ordination with customer for process related inputs and fast manufacturing using their standard parts. The machine was exhibited in the international exhibition. We also delivered an exhaustive Operating manual for the end customer usage.

The customer was European plastic machine manufacturer, wanted to develop the haul off unit for the PVC pipes with servo drives. The customer inputs were few photographs with GA drawing of the new unit. We did detail engineering with basic calculation and made manufacturing drawings for them.

The requirement was to develop the laboratory steamer for dyeing application. The India based customer had to export such units based on the end customer requirements. We designed the unit with lot much iteration and changes based on the end customer approval and submitted manufacturing drawings with calculation.

The customer wanted to generate a technical file for CE Marking for his machine. We did all the calculations as per the requirement of CE Directives and submitted the complete documentation file. The calculations sheets were exhaustively documented with relevant formula, factors and references used for future use.

Apart from above mentioned products, we have worked upon assignments on Construction machines, Reciprocating pump calculation for homogenizer, Multi spindle drilling fixture, Refrigeration unit design, Pressure vessels and Shell & Tube type heat exchangers etc.
