The customer was a leading dairy process equipment manufacturer, wanted to enter into packaging machine building area. We were given the task of designing a complete machine with inputs of only the sizes of cups to be filled in! Our scope was to generate the concepts, build mechanisms and submit all manufacturing know-how to the customer with support in workshop trials and validation. We designed a fully automatic machine operated by PLC controls.

The customer was a German company, making the machines of very high capacity for bottling plants. We were given a task of designing a smaller version of the plant comprising Bottle rinser, filler and capper. Apart from making the machine compact, we had to comply with the German standard of documentation with exhausted drawings making every manufacturing stage wise documents.

The customer, one of the biggest in the world, located in Germany wanted to design an aseptic filling plant comprising Filler and capper for card board bottles. We designed the machine with a lot many innovative ideas in association with German engineers. The input from client was – ‘You have to think like a child!’

The stand alone capping unit for plastic cap was developed for economy based customers with some manual operation. We developed the cost effective conveyor with capping head within stipulated cost and time constraint.

Apart from above mentioned products, we have worked upon assignments on Construction machines, Reciprocating pump calculation for homogenizer, Multi spindle drilling fixture, Refrigeration unit design, Pressure vessels and Shell & Tube type heat exchangers etc.
