strongly believe in ‘Honesty is the best policy’.
Apart from signing secrecy and confidentiality
agreement with customers, we have self imposed
policy of not repeating the product with same
concept. We do not believe in generating business
by creating competitors for our own customers by
selling their designs to others. |

What about errors in the
documents submitted by you and their cost
implication? |

Before
handing over the documents to the customer, they
are thoroughly checked and reviewed by our
engineers for their adequacy and correctness. We
normally manage to keep project scrap within 5 -
10% of project cost. |

How do you pass on
documents to us ? |

We
prefer communicating thro web technology. Normally
our output files are mailed to the client or
submitted in CD. |

What inputs do you
expect from a client to design a product? |

We have
worked with inputs ranging from – an idea of
function or a competitor’s catalogue / instruction
manual or even a sentence like ‘You have to think
like a child’! |

Do you have any past
experience about the product I want you to
design for me ? |

We
specialize in designing machines, not in any
specific type of machines. The same scientific and
engineering principles prevail everywhere. Gear
remains gear – either used in Textile machine or
in Pharmaceutical! |

Who are your customers? |

Our clientele varies from
Multinational Corporation to small businesses. We
take pride in helping our clients, whether big or
small; achieve benefits because of our services. |

Normally, our
clients are reluctant to everyone know that their
design back office is done by a third company. We
respect this preference of our clients and do not
disclose their identity. |
