Hexagon provides services for verification of client designs, produced by either their In house design team. We have also provided such services as part of field problem solving analysis.

We undertake verification projects for Calculation checking, FEA simulation etc. for CE marking as well as for 3rd party approval.

Gear Design verification for Homogeniser Client, a leading Dairy Machinery making company was facing problem of repeatative gear failure for his homogeniser We performed gear calculations and did application study and suggested changes to overcome the problem Detailed calculation were done for force analysis and bearing load calculation to arrive at new gear material and geometry

CE Marking Design verification for Sectional Warping Machine Client, a leading textile machinery making company wanted to prepare Technical File, as part of CE marking with all supporting calculation We performed detailed part level calculations making total > 30 detail calculation sheets FEA report were presented as suggestion for improvement based on our verification study done

FEA based Design verification for Conference Table Client - India’s one of the biggest furniture exporter wanted to verify his new design from engineering point of view – strength and deflecion We performed FEA simulation, keeping the BIFMA standard guideline into consideration and suggested improvement points
